Manufactured from billet machined 316 Stainless Steel using 8-Axis CNC Technology, the modular system starts its journey. Using a collet system, the tool delivers on the business end when tagging and capturing fish data, but also allows the angler to rapidly turn over the needle end to store the product safely when not in use. Anglers may also choose to replace the tagging needle with the optional Fish Euthanizing tool to safely and efficiently despatch fish.
The 304 Stainless Steel Tube on the Tag Needle is designed specifically to be used in conjunction with small fish tags. The tube is is open ended on both sides. This will allow the product to be used as a Ike Jime insert needle, and a venting tool also.
The Euthanizing tool oozes in exceptional quality and strength. Boasting a one-piece Surgical Grade 316 Stainless Steel design, this product is part of the Toit Modular range. Shallow point angle decreases bruising and ensures a swift and effortless penetration through any fish flesh when dispatching fish for harvesting. B-Directional design on the collet end allows the Spike end to be stored within the straight handle.
There is a lanyard attachment detail on the handle for easy storage and fastening to a belt. The teardrop shaped handle is comfortable but also allows for secure pressure in the user's palm to ensure swift tagging or brain spiking. With the added grip detail at the forefingers, the needle can be removed very efficiently. Displaying a unique Ceramic-Polymer Technology coating - red and white colour Cerakote - the coating improves corrosion resistance, durability and hardness, is UV stable with both chemical resistance and thermal stability.
