Willydoon Smoker Dust was created to give anglers an easy and reliable smoking dust to flavour their fish.

Available in either shaved or fine dust, Willydoon smoker dust imparts a subtle flavour that does not overpower the flavour of the fish.

Used for oily fish such as mackerel, wahoo and tailor, or freshwater fish such as trout and salmon, Willydoon smoker dust will also flavour sausages, meats, chiken. ham and cheeses.

Wilson also has a stainless steel spirit smoker that is simple to operate with 2 tray levels and two spirit burners that make this unit ideal for smoking fish, meats and everything else you'd ever want to hot smoke.
